If I had known about this process before my foundation was poured, I would have had the process applied to my porch areas as well. Unfortunately, I had real slate tile installed on the porch areas, and I have had to spend over $3500.00 to maintain and repair those areas in less than four years. Also, leaching of minerals from the grout makes the real tile look bad.
