Reseals

Resealing stamped and colored concrete should be done on a regular basis just like any other home maintenance.  The frequency will depend on how high a traffic area to cars, foot traffic, water, salt water and any chemicals the concrete is exposed to.

Before- original company sealed too soon which turned the deck white, they returned 6 months later to apply another coat of sealer which started delaminating in about 2 months.

Before- Regal Ashlar pattern pool deck. Homeowner had it resealed year before and the sealer was not bonding which is a common problem we see when its not done correctly.
